Try and get back on track today or tomorrow *HUGS* Dont let it ruin the whole week. You may have a slight gain this week depending on how much over your points youve been but least youll know why.

It feels so rubbish when you have those days that you can't control. I think we've all been there and despite wanting so hard to get back on track it just seems impossible. I guess feeling like you have had a little gain is good - is always is for me anyway as it makes me realise I can't eat the junk and get away with it. I hope you wake feeling more in control tomorrow and able to focus and like Starlight says try not to let it ruin the whole week. Good luck.
don't feel bad! I think everyone has those days
I had a big night out with friends last sat, drank way too much and ended up with a hangover, I was still at my friends house and they ordered pizza hut, I ate 5 slices of pizza and some nachos eeeekk!
