    I have been on a high protein, low carb diet combined with mild exercise over the last 4 weeks although seem to have obtained no results. I am 5'8, 88 kg. As part of my diet i am also taking hca extract before each meal. I am not counting my calories but know that i have been under for sure. Here is a rough outline of my daily diet:

    morning-cofee
    lunch-egg/salmon, wholemeal rice cakes, coffee or fruit smoothie
    evening-run-->5 to 6 km (3 times a week)
    Dinner-chicken/tuna, beans, salad, fruits, whey protein shake (sometimes)

    Should i be eating more? Am i in starvation mode?

    Yes, you definitely need to eat more. Work out how many calories you should be on and track them on MFP or similar. You'll get results if you do it properly, but not if you starve youself! :)

    Hi, I am on a high fat/low carb diet. No calorie counting, no weighing at all. I eat when I'm hungry and have enough to fill me. I am in week 3 now and found within week 1 that I was naturally eating less and not snacking. I'm not sure which diet you are on, but don't go hungry and please try to eat breakfast.

    Good luck, I hope you see some results soon. xx

    No need to eat breakfast if it doesn't suit you, but definitely eat more in total. :) xx
