What am I doing wrong??

    I dont know what Im doing wrong at all. Ive been following ww for a while now but all i seem to be doing is putting on weight?

    I stuck to my points religiously this week. I walked on monday, spinned on tuesday and thursday and was really looking forward to getting on the scales. But ive put on 2lbs?

    I just dont get it? At the moment Im 15 stone 2 but Im getting married next year and refuse to be this size. Im going dress shopping next week and i know i can ge it taken in so I can cope with that but I just feel so lost.

    Is it possible that ww dosent suit me?

    Hi Lucylou, poor you that must be really frustrating!! Could be that your eating the wrong foods for your body even if you are staying within your points. Ive had a problem with my weight for years & i had that problem before id be great and stick to my points all the time but i was still putting on weight!! :sigh:

    With the plan im on now at the moment its eating 5 smaller meals to speed up my metabolism and im excersing. i find im losing weight consistantly every week. Im nearly the same weight as you and im down 1 stone down after 5 weeks its great :vibes: maybe you should re-consider weight watchers & try something different?

    I was thinking the same figure maker. What kind of plan is it you do? 5 small meals sounds good. Your losses are excellent!

    I do Figure Maker :rotflmao: ...im not very imaginative with my log-in name!! The Figure8 gyms have a weight loss clinic,im doing a 12-week plan, they actually give you a diet sheet from their dietician
    to follow each week i orginally started the diet as a non-member just went in for my weekly weigh-in and they gave me an exercise plan to do at home, but after a few weeks i tried the gym & loved it and im toning pretty fast too!!

    Was abit mortified to be jumping around with the size of me but the staff in there are soooo nice & make you feel really comfortable and i actually enjoy going in there now, its a bit of me-time you know?

    Ooh Im just looking now that your from Ireland too! I joined a womens only gym recently so I wouldnt join another gym but you can do the food bit on its own?? must look it up on the net now. never heard of it before.

    Yeh you can do it as a takeaway package... and just go in and get weighed its well worth the try because the dietician tells you what foods you shouldnt be eating for your body-type and thats helped me alot too!

    dont be disheartened mate :flowers:

    we all hit a plateau in ANY diet we do, your body just gets used to that amount of calories/exercise etc.

    You can change to any other form of diet and start loosing weight again :D

    Are you eating all your points? Maybe it's all the exercise, as muscle is heavier than fat. Are you pregnant?! Are you constipated? Do you vary your diet or tend to eat the same things?
    I'm doing slimming world and seem to have hit a plateau at the moment, but as I'm finding the plan easy to stick to I don't want to change to weightwatchers. I've done ww before and tended to use a lot of points on rubbish like alcohol, on slimming world I'm definitely eating healthier stuff. Good luck!
