Thanks Ladies,
This week I will get more excercise etc and I will be doing better with my water. I got some bars this week too so what I am gonna do is:
Breakfast, half a shake,
Lunch/tea, half a soup both meals
Dinner, a whole soup
Half a bar to nibble on through the day
So hopefully when I am preparing meals for the family if I get the snack urge its a bit of a bar instead!:D
