I have nibbled and picked all say today and I am being weighed tomorrow!!!
and it was basically crap! I have just eaten doritos fgs! and you know what? they tasted vile!
come on u can do this!! as stacey said drink lots of water and be really positive about 2morrow.
I bet u have lost loads and we will be waiting to hear ur good news!

This week I will get more excercise etc and I will be doing better with my water. I got some bars this week too so what I am gonna do is:
Breakfast, half a shake,
Lunch/tea, half a soup both meals
Dinner, a whole soup
Half a bar to nibble on through the day
So hopefully when I am preparing meals for the family if I get the snack urge its a bit of a bar instead!
