What are DC losses like?

Hi all just wondered what your losses are on DC? I watched it on QVC and the most people had lost was around 8lbs which is a brill loss but i have around 5 stone to lose :eek: (actually its more but shhhh)is this diet for people with loads to lose as well as for peps with less to lose? Has anyone lost 4 or 5 stones or maybe even more on DC?

Stubborn and doing it
I've not lost a lot on it yet but need to knuckle down and get to it.

Jrabbit has lost a lot but she has removed the details from her signature now. I think it averaged around 10lbs a month if memory serves me right.
Hi, I've not been on it long enough to comment and am still wondering this myself. Food is great though.
