Hi all just wondered what your losses are on DC? I watched it on QVC and the most people had lost was around 8lbs which is a brill loss but i have around 5 stone to lose
(actually its more but shhhh)is this diet for people with loads to lose as well as for peps with less to lose? Has anyone lost 4 or 5 stones or maybe even more on DC?
