It's fantastic - it's lakeland electric yoghurt maker they cost around £20 but its saved me an absolute fortune - you turn it on then fill plastic container with a carton of long life skimmed milk - I use asda smart price 53p - heat the container in microwave for two minutes - stir in three tablespoons of skimmed milk powder and a tablespoon of live plain yoghurt (I use yeo valley blue 0%) then pop in yoghurt maker with lid on and hey ho 9 hours later its ready!! Let it cool and pop in fridge - once you've made some you can use that yoghurt as the live yoghurt next time

No need to strain - just pour off the little bit of liquid that forms on the top and its ready - lovely and thick!!! I was spending an absolute fortune on natural yoghurt - not any more!!! In fact because I use it so much (at least three times a week) I'm going to buy another one as a spare incase they ever stop making it and mine breaks down!! I couldn't be without it!!!
