Struggled to actually eat today, good or bad? Lol

B - 3 egg omelette, 45g spinach, 50g mushroom, 40g cheddar cheese
L - Atkins chocolate hazelnut crunch
D - 2 pork chops, 70g lettuce, 100g cucumber, 35g cheddar cheese
S - 40g cheddar cheese, Atkins dark chocolate crunch

Total Net carbs - 13.8g (so low!!)
 
I know :( It's because I missed lunch really, just was not in the mood to eat at all
 
B. 3 eggs scrambled with mushrooms
L. Meat Loaf with spinanch
D. Paprika chicken with side salad, lettuce & cucumber.

The lunch and dinner courtesy of Jim's recipes... first trial, was absolutely delish!!! Thanks Jim. Got enough for the whole week...lol
 
ok, might be easier to list what ive eaten this weeked, as you know, im not a good eater at the weekend.....and there was the party....and the hangover to deal with lol...

snack sausages,
sausage rolls
pork pie
mini scotch eggs
pepperamis
not enough water!!!!!
3 large glasses dry white wine
3 double voddys/coke
3 vodka redbull
maccies breakfast!!!!!!!!! :(
pork dinner with stewed apple and so much green veg i could turn into the hulk.
coffee
paracetamol lol

back strictly on the wagon as of tomorrow as i have to go bk to work :D

Hey everyone, still not feeling hungry today, eating was a chore lol x

Today's Food
B - Prawn Salad, 60g leaves, 100g cucumber, 50g red pepper, 40g cheddar cheese

L - 3 egg omelette, 30g mushroom, 1 medium tom, 40g cheddar cheese
D - Steak stir-fry, 90g spinach, 80g brocolli

Total Net carbs - 15.8g
 
After cooking all that yummy food yesterday, today I just couldn't stomach having any of it, even my favourite omelette...:( Not sure whether it's because am sooooo constipated (sorry for TMI) or it's my last exam nerves...(tomorrow), Anyway decided to have something still, here's what I have forcefully eaten today:

B: Left over cd shake (ones that are already prepared in a cartoon) 7g carbs

L: Cd shake as above

D: Few pieces of paprika chicken.

4 cups of coffee, 2 litres of water.
 
That's why I spent all afternoon yesterday cooking... so I've got enough for the week, it's all in the freezer now, just couldn't stomach having any of it today, I guess I'll be devouring it tomorrow...hopefully.
 
Yesterday
B - Egg and saus muffins
L - Ham salad with 2 chicken drumsticks
D - Party - Atkins heaven, more meats than you could imagine, home made ribs, salad, middle out of pork pie, left the pastry, tiny taste of OH's lemon cake.

W - over 4 litres and various coffees
A - Voddy and diet coke x 3 large ones
S - choccy mim and cream
E - 5 miles with dogbert

Today
Brunch - egg and sausage muffins
D - butter chicken (but forgot to put the butter in lol) just used madras paste and whipping cream and it was lush - with cauli and spring greens

S - cinnamon mim with greek full fat yog
W - over 4 litres plus tea and coffees
E - 4.5 miles with dogbert
 
Cathy thanks for asking hun, the party was fabulous!!

My meals today were..

B: pepperami & pork crunch
L 2 boiled egg & mayo, dod have a salad but it wasnt the nicest so left most of it
D: 3 chicken breasts (they were small lol) jamaican jerk seasoning, cabbage and bacon, corn on the cob,

water 4/5 pints. 1 vodka red bull, 1 vodka coke zero (and gawd its making me burp!)
 
Good morning all.

B: left over lamb joint fried up with some eggs.
L: The Cafe as usual. I'm up 2 lbs after the blowout weekend, not as bad as I thought it would be. Of course that's actually 9lbs but still. :D
D: Meat loaf and steamed cabbage 'n' Leek.
 
Yes indeed, indulged way too much. The food was awesome at the reception, paid for it on Sunday though, very windy and not just the weather. LOL.
 
LOL and a smelly one, what is it with carbs anyway. :D
