What are we eating today?

Sunday

B - 3 Black Farmer Pork Saus (lush) 2 poached eggs, 4 slices bacon
L - 1 Black Farmer Pork Saus (OH leftovers lol)
D - Salmon, prawns, calamari (not battered) with yesterdays salad leftovers, cooked meats etc.

W - 4 litres at least plus coffees
A - half a bottle of very dry white wine
S - a few bits of pork crunch
E - 1.5 hours with dogbert

Today's Food
B - 260g cauliflower, 2 med tomatoes, 50g cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp mayo, baked
L - Tuna salad, 50g leaves, 1 med tomato, 20g cheddar cheese, 50g cucumber, 1 tbsp mayo
D - 3 egg omlette, 10g spring onion, 40g cheddar cheese, 45g spinach

Total net carbs - 13.5g
 
Good Morning all.

B: Is it possible to get fed up with BBQ left overs :(
L: The Carby Cafe today.
D: Pan fried fish in butter and garlic, steamed broccoli and kale.
 
B: 2 egg cheese omlette
L: Chicken and bacon salad
D: Gammon steak with fried egg and salad
S: 4 squares of 85% choc
W: 6 -8 litres

Net carbs: 11.5

B - Egg salad, 2 x boiled eggs, 100g leaves, 50g cucumber, 15g spring onion, 20g cheddar cheese
L - 80g Mushroom stuffed with 25g red pepper, 30g cheddar cheese with 45g spinach
S - 100g cucumber, 30g cheddar cheese
D - Lamb stirfry, 150g courgette, 5 cherry tomatoes, 80g brocolli
S - 30g cheddar cheese with tbsp mayo


Total Net carbs - 19.9g
Water - 3 litres so far


Tried very hard to get my carbs to 20g today lol, disappointed that I gained 1lb this week so maybe it's because I'm not eating enough or something, either that or those sweet chilli skewers really threw me off! Hope everyone has had a good day x
 
Evening everyone hope you've all had a good weekend. I've had a busy one so not been on here so heres my meals over the weekend, feel free to vet x

Saturday

B - 2 slices of Bacon and 150g Mushrooms
L - 3 Tesco Extra Tasty Chicken Legs
S - Atkins Bar
D - Small spoon of an Egyptian Chicken dish (can't remember name but it was made with Chicken, Garlic, Tomatoes and Lemon juice and all sounded legal so had a little) and 150g salad and little mayo.
Wasn't planning on having what they were having as I was told there would be plain chicken etc I could have but I stuck to legal stuff and passed on the rice, cous cous, pittas and cheesecake at least. To be honest it was very nice but it didn't like me one bit! May even put the recipe on the constipation thread lol!
Water - 5 litres and a small glass diet ginger ale.

Sunday

B - Lamb Stirfry meat cooked in a little Garlic Butter
L - Atkins bar (on the way to caravan at the time)
D - Rump Steak rare and moo-ing with Salad and Mayo at the Pub near the campsite
W - 5 litres and 1 diet coke at the pub

Todays menu so far is

B - none (sorry overslept!)
L - Corned beef, 100g lettuce and mayo (wanted cold chicken but Tescos had none left)
S - Atkins bar (had this about 4pm at work as one of the girls went out to get buns and wouldn't let me go without, bless)
D - Will be either a small medallion steak or chicken breast with garlic mushrooms

E - 10mins on cross trainer and 6min shake weight workout
W - 4 litres so far
 
My first day back at it, not done too day aside from a glass of vino (didn't finish ot off yesterday)!!

B - 3 bacon, wild rocket, cucumber and tomatoes. 5NC.
L - left over roast pork with a caesar salad. 5NC
D - steak, cabbage, mushrooms, onions, wine. 10NC

S - Cheddar cheese. 0NC
E - None.
W - 8 pints so far, plan on 1 more before bed.

B - Flax cinnamon cereal with cream
S - cold meats, pastrami, pork loin, turkey
L - corned beef salad, caesar dressing
S - half a mim with philly
D - home made ribs
S - rest of mim with philly

W - 5+ litres
E - 4.5 miles with dogbert - and I ran one of the miles without stopping and walked the rest - wooooo hooooooooooo :D

3 slices of wholemeal toast,with sliced chestnut mushrooms on top.By cooking them in a little skimmed milk and thicken it with a little cornflour and plenty of black pepper and a pinch of salt.

B: Porridge and berries. It's cold and nasty out there
L: The Carby Cafe, but I intend to have a cheese omelette.
D: Beef casserole tonight.
