What are we eating today?

evenin all :D

ooowww im back into ketosis today, my legs were aching all day, i took paracetamol in the end :(

so meals....

B: pepperami, pork crunch
L: 2 boiled eggs, maye, mixed lettuce and cucumber
D: Pork, cabbage, cauli, gravy

S: non
water, 4/5 pints?
1 vodka (cause the bottle is empty lol)
1 archers and fizz
 
Evening All

B - 2 egg and saus mcmuffins
slice of mim with philly
L - Corned beef and green salad with cesar dressing + cheddar babybel
D - Chicken salad

S - rest of mim and philly, 2 slices bacon
E - 5 mile 1.5 hour walk with dogbert
W - at least 4 litres plus assorted coffees

? - got my roots done lol

Scales seemed to have gone up again this morning by about a pound, when is it going to start going the other way do you think? Is the food ok do you think from the menus posted so far?

Evening all, only just got home as been banding all evening so will make it short and sweet then I'm off to bedfordshire!

B - 2 Duck Eggs scrambled with smidge of reduced ketchup
L - Tuna Mayo, 200g Cucumber and 3 small Kabanos sausages
D - Mim with farmhouse pate
S - Atkins decadence bar

W - 3-4 litres and this water retention seems to be finally going woop woop!

I also think I may be going back in the right direction with ketosis as my reading was 1.5 today and yesterday was 0 ketones so fingers crossed for tomorrows test!

Good morning. Still no movement on the scales for me...

b - Mattesons omelette
l - have to go to the Chinese for someone's maternity leaving do!!! It's one of those "3 courses for 6.99" deals, but I doubt I can have anything from courses 1 & 3 so hopefully they still do a main menu and I can just have chicken foo yung with no rice. Dreading the looks/questions I'm going to have to endure...
d - baked haddock with steamed veggies
sn - pepparami, sf jelly
fl - 4 litres water
ex - 50 mins cycling, 20 mins cross trainer.

D - whatever i fancy at the restaurant, but probably stuffed mushrooms then lamb

Wednesday
B: 3 egg omelette with cheese
L: Small steak and mushrooms
D: Chicken wraps with mushroom cream sauce and broccoli
* breast of chicken stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in thin sliced ham

Liquids - water, 2 diet cokes (I know... my bad... but it's my only vice left!)

Thursday:
B- 2 fried eggs and 1/2 mattesons sausage
L - 2 pieces overcooked chicken thighs (doh! I forgot it in the oven!!) Tasted yucky.
D - Was going to eat the rest of the thighs but they are going to the cats... maybe some fish?

Exercise - my car is in the shop, so walked for 45 minutes x 2 for the school run each day


On Tuesday I cheated with a piece of chocolate cake from my daughter's birthday - it tasted so good, but it triggered huge cravings that I was still working off yesterday (hence I ate more). I gave the rest of the cake to my neighbour as I felt like I couldn't trust myself to stay away from it. It felt good to get it out of the house!

B - 3 egg omelette, 50g red pepper, 50g mushroom, 40g cheddar cheese

L - Tuna salad with 75g leaves, 50g cucumber, 25g spring onion, 5 cherry toms, 40g cheddar cheese
D - Chicken stir-fry, 90g spinach, 80g brocolli
S - Atkins chocolate brownie bar

Net carbs - 19.5g

2 glasses diet coke
10 glasses of water so far
 
B 2 X Eggs 3 X Bacon 1 x Toast
L Ham and Cheese salad
D Chicken curry plus courgettes

2 ltr water 2 x vodka and tonic
