What are we eating today?

weather is goreous over this way isnt it jim!!

i have no idea what im eating today so im off to raid the fridge lol
 
Morning everyone - very cloudy here in Kent. Of work so I think I will have an 'indoors day'.

B Mattesons, mushroom and spring onion omelette

L Goats cheese with green salad

D Mince with cheese topping - I use philly, grated cheese, eggs, mayo and a dash of soya milk for my topping.

S I sugar free boiled sweet :p
E rest day so just a half hour walk around the village
W 3 pint water and diet coke (I'm lucky citric acid has never affected me on maintanence or induction)

I have ordered the new Atkins book as I like to keep up to date with stuff (and out of pure nosiness I have also ordered the Dukan one lol- just want to see what you lot are getting yourselves into!) They are at the post office so getting the missus to pick them up tomorrow for me. Weekend reading - goodo!

Been bad today, fridge is pretty much empty and been out and about so definately not had enough carbs!

B - Bacon salad
L - Chicken and egg salad
D - Pork chops, spring onion and spinach
S - Pepperami and 2 babybels

Total net carbs - 11.2g
 
i had burgers in the end, topped with cheese and cranberry and a side salad and mayo...was gorge, i could eat it again lol

had about 6/7 pints water too and just cause i want to beat linzi....no alcohol again!! haha

(i will make up for the lack of alchy over the weekend no doubt lol)
 
Good morning. My last day on pre holiday Induction :D and I'm down 4 lbs. :)

B: Left over cheeseburger pie.
L: egg mayonnaise and green salad.
D: TFIF! The pub and then a donner and salad.

E Half hour run/walk - (the circus has set up in the local field that I run around, so walked around the elephants incase they charged on me:eek:)

L - 2 Pepperami sticks and cheestring (I know, I know was running errands for everyone no time for a meal)
D - Homemade burger in MiM savory bun with salad and Mayo.
S- A few Pork Scratchings.
 
B: 2 chorizo sausages
L: prawn mayo salad

5/6 pints of water (prob more) 3 vodkas (medicinal ;) )

B - Saus and egg mcmiffin
L - tuna mayo salad
D - roast chicken with leaves and a bit of coleslaw

S - mim and philly, babybel cheddar, pork cruch
E - 1 hour with pupster
A - 2 small wine, 3 large vodka and coke zero
W - 4+ litres plus various coffees
