Mercilessly hungover yesterday...

B: Cheese
L: Thai green curry soup (About 14 carbs for the bowl)
D: Pork scratchings + cheese
S: Cheese + a couple of squares of dark choc - my blood sugar was going crazy
W: LOTS
A: NONE
E: NO CHANCE!

Do pork scratchings make anyone else's ahem...wee smell a bit different? blush...

D - roast chicken and greens

E - clearing up here so might go for a walk (although ankle's a bit sore after yesterday)
A - might have a gin while watching Zen :)

S - MiM and pate/cheese later, atkins bar, sula chocolate caramels (evil)

Morning all, I'm down 11 lbs on my 16 pound Christmas gain this morning, not far to go now.

B: Left over beef joint fried up with eggs and spinach.
L: Something legal from the Carby Cafe.
D: Might have the left over meat loaf from Saturday, or I might leave it for breakfast tomorrow. Steamed cabbage 'n' Leek.

Sun chicken roast yorkshires roasters and veg

Monday!!!!!!!
Nothing yet but have babybels and pepperamis to snack on
Cheese salad and Mayo for lunch

D - roasted aubergine with chilli cheese and smoked cheese

B- Daybreak bar
L- scratchings
D- roast lamb, celeriac roasts, broc, green beans, blob of philly
A- 3/4 bottle of red and a couple of vods (naughty me)
W- 2.5l
Monday
B- eggs, bacon, mushies
L- might make a Mim with the cocoa powder I've just bought
D- chicken breast and white cabbage with boursin I think
W- 1.5l down already
A- try not to!
 
I can't say anything Missy - not after the weekend I have had - I know the wedding was Saturday but I just carried on regardless yesterday so for my sins am having a few days on Exante - just to relax the grip that food has on me currently. I know it ain't ideal but it works for me and gets me back in the right place to carry on with Atkins. It sort of draws a line under the naughty stuff if you know what I mean?
So no menus from me for a little while (until I get desp lol)
Will still be around in the other threads, you don't get rid of me that easy!
