What are you eating today - Monday 20th?

    Did everyone have a good weekend? Good DIET weekend?

    Mine was ok until last night when I lost the plot (far too much chocolate darn!) so being VERY strict today:

    B: boiled egg, low fat yoghurt, 1/2 grapefruit

    L: chicken breast with steamed green beans, carrots and parsnips with spoonful branston pickle
    1 low fat yoghurt

    Snack: 1 apple

    D: 5oz mozzarella cheese with lettuce, cucumber, celery, beetroot, spring onions, tomatoes, spoonful coleslaw

    Snack: 1 peach

    About 1,000 calories, one day only

    3L water

    hi ya, well it was a good weekend but had a large blip on the diet in the form of a double whopper meal from burger king and half a tube of pringles. don't even know why i done this was baby sitting for my sister and just done it.........

    So my official loss for this week is 2.6lbs so that is a total of 10lbs so far nearly half way there got 4 weeks to lose the last 11lbs.

    Not sure about todays menu was running to late to eat breakfast so have brought an apple and banana in to work, probably soup or salad for lunch then no idea about dinner yet.
