1. I managed an 8 mile run last night.

2. A lay in tomorrow.

3. Peace and quiet.

I'm grateful that my man is such a sweetheart

I'm grateful that it's chilly and the sun is shining and i've just been for a lovely walk and smiled at everyone!!!! (weird i know they probably all thought i was simple but they smiled back!!!)

I'm gateful that I have lost the weight I put on last weekend.

That the ebay man coming to pick up my chairs is coming tommorow.

I'm also grateful that the new sofas are coming on monday! Hurrah!
