Ooh please could you elaborate on this, how do you do the fish in breadcrumbs? Do you dip it in egg or something first??

yeah blitz the breadcrumbs. I dip the fish in egg then into the breadcrumbs, cover with frylight and bake in the oven!

Altho have changed my dinner menu now having the fish with schwartz shotz and concertina garlic potatoes! :flirt2:

I'm doing EE today and I'm having grilled lamb chops with sauteed rosemary potatoes with veg from the Extra Easy book. Yummy!!! For pud I'm having melon, muller light and if I have room a low cal hartleys blackcurrant jelly. xx

Blimey everyone's dinners sound sooo lovely.

I have absolutely NO imagination in the kitchen department whatsoever!

Any ideas as to what I could do with my lamb?? I was thinking chilli roasted butternut squash with some other roasted veg (I think we have carrots, celeriac and swede) and dry roastie potatoes .. then maybe some red wine gravy (that just needs defrosting and reheating as OH made it and leftovers went in freezer)

Im on a Red Day and was originally going to have a roast beef in gravy meal, but instead Im going to have chicken roast...yummy!

Roasted balsamic chicken with roasted garlic, onion and peppers and pasta

Probably a muller light and fruit salad for dessert

I am having a variation of Britmumincanada's beef stronganoff... I am going to attempt the sauce with mince instead of beef strips! With boiled rice of course (EE Day) x

im on a green day and at weigh in tonight so wont eat till around 8.30pm so just grabbing a WW lasagne (5.5syns) and a jacket potato stuffed with 42g cheese and baked, yum yum!
