I'm aiming for a BMI of 27. Actually that's not true; my aim is to get to 15 stone and then move up the plans, so maybe 14.5 stone in maintenance. I'm not thinking about BMI, mainly due to the training I'm doing in the gym.
As long as I can get into XL clothes and have a flat stomach that would be cool. But healthy is the driver.
Im aiming for 10stone as my maine goal so think thats a bmi of 24 but then i would like maybe to be 9 stone but atm i cant even imagine that so when i get to goal i will decide! x
