What can I do with smoked salmon?

I have a large packet of smoked salmon which needs eating up. Any suggestions what I can do with it other than just eat it as is please?

Put some quark on it and roll it up. Salmon and cream cheese. Yum! X

Make into a 'tartare' by chopping up and mixing with quark, pepper and chives. Or have it with a dill sauce: Fromage frais, coarse mustard, fresh chopped dill.
Hmm now I'm hungry after writing this, that salmon in the fridge is calling me ;-)
