What can I do

    Help.....

    Well it is now week 14 for me and wish I could start on a happy note, but you know I really do feel that I am going to get stuck with losing 1-2lb a week and that just isn't going to give me the 1stone I really do need before I go on holiday to get my new clothes to fit for my holiday....
    If I don't get a good loss this week what should I do. I only have 3 weeks of SS left now until I start my way quickly up the plans, (doing it over 2 weeks instead of the 8/12 it is supposed to take).
    Help...........................................

    (Yes I know should have wait to buy clothes that fit just before I went, but wanted to buy when I saw a bargain..)

    Persoanlly, i would move onto SS+ now, in the hope it might kick-start your body into losing a bit more....what's your BMI now as i know the losses tend to slow down the closer we get to goal....

    Thanks Guys.. my bmi is still high 34... :cry:...
    I have thought about kick starting it again, but will it move again without this. I really do need to lose another st, or my clothes really won't fit....
    I just don't know what is best. I fly 5 weeks today.....

    Are there any CDC who have experenice with this, any help really wonderful.

    Your weight loss is great, how much water have you drank a day and how many shakes.

    Exante + Protein + Weights!
    I go 5 weeks today and was hoping to lose 1.5 stone before then, but it's unlikely. I think 1 stone is achieveable though on SS or SS+. It's generally about 14lbs a month SS and 12lbs a month SS+.
    I am reasonably confident about losing a stone and so should you be :)

    Just realised that you have the same dilemma as me though in that maybe you want to move up the plans a little so that you don't put it all on on holiday?
    I am going to SS or SS+ for the next 3 weeks and then move up to 1200 I think for 2 weeks before holiday and massively increase my exercise in the meantime. I am hoping that this will increase my metabolism.

    I'm on 3 shakes a day and i tend to drink about 6/7l of water a day....!
    I have stuck to it religiously! I love this diet!

    I'm a big drinker to... but over the last week or so, my tummys not wanted the water quite as much, so been drinking a little less... will try to make sure I drink what I should. You have done great. Wish I could say I love the diet, but I am afraid I don't any more. It has been so much harder doing it this time. I never want to see another shake again.. lol....
    Bring on my holiday....

    Well Done again, you deserve it, make sure you keep posting after goal and move on to the CD Maintainers, I have it on good authority, it is a great place to learn how to live slim, keep your weight off and fight your inner food demons. Well Done again.
