I only like 2 soups, tomato and oriental chilli which has quite a kick.

my counsellor did say I could add ground black pepper to the soups to spice things up a bit :)

Also, don't completely discount the soups in future. They can be a bit of an aquired taste and can often get better each sip;) They make a nice change from the sweet drinks.

I split my shakes/soups and if there was one I wasn't so keen on, I just had half a day. Before long I was enjoying them. Keeps the interest up when you have a lot to chose from :)

I bought one of the kenwood frothie mixes, Its heats and mixes to the right temperature and you can also do your shakes in it to make hot choc etc.
Ps It does mix cold aswell x

GET THE KENWOOD HOT AND COLD FROTHIE DRINKS MAKER!

It heats the packs up dead hot and also mixes them all the time so they are super smooth.

Best 30 quid I ever spent while on the diet and really does make the soups spot on!

You could warm it up in the microwave for a few seconds, not boil.

I hated many shakes/soups at first, loads do, after a while tastes change. I was gipping at my first lot till I found choc mint, then after a bit I liked all the soups, but at the mo its only veg I like!!!!

When Im on 790 all I have is choc tetras!!!
