What can you drink on Exante

I got W8 ones I think they were, online and they were awful

IF you can get hold of CD ones, the orange one is gorgeous!

I didn't realise we could use cd water flavourings thanks for sharing that, I have half a tub left and know I can up my fluids if use it. Relied on coke zero today but don't like to much fizzy. :) I'm on day two and feeling good so far!

Rule of thumb when it comes to soft drinks is anything with NO citric acid...
and, so it would seem, NO lactic acid

Tea
Coffee
Coke Zero
Asda Diet Coke
Dr Pepper Zero
Bouillon
Green Tea
Peppermint Tea
Perfectly Clear red apple sparkling water
tescos own strawberry water

Sainsburys strawberry and kiwi sparkling water

Sorry folks removing the perfectly clear red apple sparkling water. Looked again and there is a little citric acid in it, it's further down the list than a lot of drinks but it is there :(

I bought some apple and blackcurrant flavouring from a website and it arrived yesterday. Once you get passed the sherberty flavour it's actually really nice, very apply :)

Just had a look at the marigold site - can you have any of the Bouillons? x

Not sure, most of us have the green or purple pots with the orange lid, as thats the one you can buy from Morrisons. The purple one is better, as its the low salt one.

I have the green pot.
I have used this to make soup for many years, and really like it.
So I just continue to use that.

:D

The herbs dont half make you cough though, or they do me! :/ lol

Haha...
No, they dont make me cough...
Although, I do try to drink it too quickly, and end up scalding my tongue

I found some squash today, in Tesco, with no citric acid in... but it does have malic acid in.
Details HERE.
Its currently on offer - 2 for £2.

I have been drinking it this evening, so I will POAS tomorrow to make sure it doesn't knock me out of ketosis.
