Hi everyone!!
As a daily-weigher desperate to give up the habit, I'm interested to know what day everyone weighs on and why?
Obviously the day you start is the obvious choice, but I was wondering if there might be a bit of strategy here..
When I did WW and LL (6 years apart) both happened to be on a Monday, which worked really well as it motivated me at the start of the week and I was always on best behaviour over the weekend as the weigh in was Monday!!
Would love to hear your thoughts/ideas
