What days are the hardest for you on a re-start?

    I normally find day 1 ok. It's usually days 3,4 and 5 that are the killer for me!

    day 3 is always my biggest hurdle , wen my body is fighting ketosis with all its might and then on day 4 I am normally there :)

    deffo day 3/4 , after ketosis kicks in lm fine no more hunger pangs , in fact l must l rather enjoy cooking for other peeps

    Toots- I want that arse!! As soon as I start hitting the Gym in a while, that's the bum I'm aiming to achieve!
