apart from the first week I have only ever lost 1.5lb's or thereabouts in a week. A few weeks ago I had a STS despite being 95% good on plan - the following week again 95%'ish good and lost 2.5lb's I was gobsmacked.
I think I really need to have a whole week at 100% - like the first week, trouble with me I have Tuesday nights (after w.i) off - we have a chinese or fish and chips (although I can't eat anythng like i used to) it's still OFF PLAN and I have a small chocolate bar which I don';t have all week.
So, as of next week I am going to stop my night off and try with all my might to keep on plan for a whole week - weigh what I have to weigh and see if I get a better weight loss than about a pound.
