I'm sure like me, many of us on here have tried a whole range of diet plans.
SW is different in there is nothing on the 'can't have' list! It's all about moderation and sensible choices instead.
So.....what did you miss on other diet plans?
I tried Atkins a while ago and at first it felt like food heaven! I love cheese and meat and cream so it was great at first but the novelty soon wore off and I missed fruit and all the nice veggies that were banned!
Having my lunch today of ryvitas (HexB)with dairylea(HexA) and beetroot took my mind back to the dreaded Atkins and how much I missed beetroot!! It's so good to no longer have a list of can't haves!
