What diet/way of eating to use after Lipotrim

#1
Hi everyone

am new to this forum but just about to start my 4th week of lipotrim tfr. I think I only have 2 or 3 weeks left to go before I hit my goal bmi of 23. So after my re-feed I'm wondering if the low GI diet is best to follow? From what I can gather this looks like the best thing re blood sugar/glycogen levels. Can I have your suggestions/comments please for good maintenance?

Thanks guys! Xx

Hey hun,
Have a look at the maintenance thread as there are a few long term maintainers on there and they might be able to help you more. For me I am going to stick to the refeed rules for as long as I can. I have become an exercise junkie along the way so I'm hoping that will help! At the end of the day you need to find something that works for you with guidelines you feel you can stick to.

Hi Princess

I think it is all dependent on each person what they prefer! Some do healthy eating, I follow rosemary Conley plan, others do Low GI...do whatever feels best for you.

It will all be about trial and error and you will eventually find what suits you best.

Well done on your loss so far!

Thank you girlies. I was speaking to my pharmacist when I went in for my weigh in on Tues. He said that I should be following the low GI afterwards. But I do agree with what you've said about the trial and error thing - I will just have to poke and hope!
I was discussing a partial re-feed diet - you know normal breakfast then lt bar/shake for lunch and a dinner. He said this would be fine. I'll give it a bash. x
