    I tend to stay away from carbs to have a better weight loss!

    Im a veggie so this is sometimes a bit difficult! Omelette and salad is usually my choice.. iv also had quorn Bolognese with salad. Had quiche and salad today. Only on my 5th day so id welcome any veggie suggestions!
