What do you do on your birthday?

well i went out last night for dinner and had the following:

Starter:
Salted chilli squid - according to website 28g is 1syns so i put this down at 3.
Main:
Chicken gougons (took the batter off and ate the chicken as batter was too greasy) - 3syns. Chilli wedges - 5 syns and chilli mayo - 5 syns.
Also had 2 little bottles rose wine so my total dinner was 34syns!

Before doing SW my choices would have been:
Starter:
cheese and garlic bruscetta
Main:
lasagne with garlic saute potatoes!
Dessert:
hot choc fudge cake with ice-cream and fresh cream.

Just didnt wanna eat those things last night!
 
It is my birthday next week and 20 of us are going away to a country mansion for 6 days - not for my birthday but just happened to coincide! I am going to fully enjoy it - and know that week will be a gain as it is 6 days of solid eating and drinking!
On my actual birthday I will likely drink til I collapse and eat so much that I burst! That said - the other 5 days will be just the same :D :D
So I would say enjoy it! It is only your birthday 1 day a year - and going wild one day will not wreck the diet!
