What do you do to keep you on track when you are bored and hungry

Gonna get slim
Let's face it, even when you are in ketosis there are times when you feel hungry on this diet. I have no intention of breaking the diet as I plan to be on it until the end of the year. But I was just wondering what people do to make things a little easier at those times of hunger, boredom, stress..you know, all those trigger times? Please share here.
 
You could either -

Go for a walk
Have a hot bath
Read a book
Paint your nails
Go to the hairdressers and have your hair washed and blow dried
Eyelash tint
Clean a room in your house
Have a wardrobe clear out

I usually go for a run, or if I have a good weigh in, I treat myself to a spray tan!

Relaxing bubble baths or reading a book or magazine always help too x
