What do you eat on Weigh In day?

Im always paranoid on WI day, I have cereal & a light lunch, usually salad & Ill nibble fruit & yogurts. I don't eat after lunch (as Im worried it'll make me gain, silly aye) & as my class isn't til 7pm I'm starving by then :(
 
I used to have that problem as my old class was at 7pm and I didn't eat after 2pm again - I was feeling light headed and woozy by the time I got to class!
Stupid, but I think we all do it
 
Hi I'm a newbe here to this forum. Like you all I eat light meals especially at lunch and have found that a 2/3 egg omelette keeps me satisfied until 7.00 pm weigh-in. I - since I started in mid April wear light cotton top and leggings and flipflops dread the really cold weather - i'll look like some dilly. So far I've lost 2 st 8 1/2 lbs bringing me down to 14 st. Still a long way to go but have really enjoyed my SW journey.
