what Dr Atkins thinks we should have lost after 2wks

I tried to make a table but it would not paste it. This is for woman only

Basically if you have less than 20 pounds to lose then anything above 4 pounds in 14day is fine
If you have 20-50 to lose than anything above 6 is fine
Over 50 pounds and anything above 8 is fine.
This is taken from “Dr Atkins new Diet Revolution” P158 “Metabolic Resistance”
It may help those who think because they did not lose much on week two.
Dr Atkins takes it over a 14 day period.
For those (like me) who have had very small loses, there are suggestions in there to get us going.

Thanks for that - although I'm not strictly on Atkins, it's as close as it's going to get to it, and it's good to see what I should be expecting. I'm on course for that target of above 6 at the moment

me too! I lost 12 pounds in the first 12 days and nothing since!.. oh.. actually I'm in week 3 DAY 18... and I"m still doing induction.. oh well.. stick to what you know!..Good to know my 12 pounds off is still good.. really hoping for a loss this week
