what d'you think is the most i can lose by xmas?

ME AGAIN. i expect everybody wants to know how quick they can lose weight but i'll ask anyway. i have a big wedding do to go to the week before xmas. does anybody know,if i'm really,really good whats the most i could expect to lose by then?

Average losses on SoleSource is a stone a month - so if you are really good you could potentially lose anything up to 4 stones...

thanks fot the reply. that would make me 18st 7ish which is not too bad-i fit in an 18 then(i'm tall)
