What exercise classes do people do?

    Morning,

    I am about to re start again. I have a gym membership and want to start using it. I fancy the idea of going to classes again, I have not done this for years, but at least that way I know I have had a decent work out for an hour.

    I am currently 14.7 stone and a size 18/20, and have come to the realisation that I am not as agile as I seem to think I am. What classes do people do that are not too over the top but are effective?
