Grab yourself an exercise DVD -
Here are some I recommend;
Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
5 step fat attack by Claire from Steps
Any of the Davina ones!
The Jordan workout - her trainer is awesome :)

If you're unable to do a DVD;
Jumping jacks, press ups, sit ups, tricep dips on back of sofa.
Or maybe go for a bike ride, you cab get bikes that have a sear for a little one

I have dvd's that I try to do but I am so unfit after 5-10 minutes i give up!! I need light exercise to get me up to fitness!

try the 10 minute solutions dvds, i struggle to keep interested in a full workout dvd, but the ten min soloutions is broken into 5 sections each for ten mins. you have the choice to do one, or all 5 if you want. they are quite cheap too, but very effective. i use the blast off belly fat one

do u have a sure start centre near you? they might have classes there. some we hve are buggy push, bike with little karts on the back. and theres a new mums fittness class where all the babies play in the middle and people from sure start keep an eye on them why you do your fitness around them, worth checking out your local sure start centres
