I am new here :)

I thought I would start by asking people what foods tempt you to break or nibble.

I have been okay, I am only a few days in so I cant really say its been terribly hard.

So far I have resisted temptation and on the whole foods havent troubled me. However one thing that really set me off was the kids eating toast ... argh that was hard. I got past it, didnt have any thankgoodness.

When I went into Tesco yesterday and they were cooking their chickens, must admit my stomach did have a grumble....

cheese and bacon and beer! so far 15 weeks and 1 day of SS (had an 810 week about 7 weeks ago) and no cheating but with the sun being out and being in beer gardens etc i really want a pint! lol! still a student at heart!

Beer and wine for me.... and if I indulge in them two then anything could fall in my mouth and I would eat it... not too keen on sweet stuff but would normally kill for uncut bread and butter

Crisps - they're my biggest problem.

Fresh bread has got to be it for me. esp granary and tiger bread. OMG I just miss it so much. The chewier the better......
Carb-fest! lol.

cheese and haribos - and yesterday it was walking past a Subway where the idea of a tuna melt on honey oat bread came very VERY close to having me steer so far off the rails that they wouldn't even have been in sight any more lol

ideas are lethal - you done well to resist! i went out on friday night with my mates as usual and the urge to have a drink or two was particularly strong, so i stayed for one and went home. Really fancied clubbing and all :( pesky thoughts!

cocktail sausages dipped in raita ( im not preggers honest ) and cheese. oh and the inside of egg custard tart, not interested in the pastry just the custard, lol

And guess what - bread got me again this afternoon. the kids had sandwiches ....and I was going mmmmmmm.
I dont get it though, I dont normally crave bread or toast. I resisted.
