880, I have a piece of chicken for later.
 
I dodged the snacks through judicious use of chewing gum. Hurrah! Dinner last night was about 500 calories of chilli, so all is well.

Today: Oatso simple, sandwich, and mystery dinner!
 
Well done CrazyBrit! I succumbed to the chocolate cake last night but did only have a slice, so at least it wasnt half a cake!

Today will be

B: apple lattice & coffee (400)
L: sausage roll (400)
D: something (400)
Snacks: a couple of cups of coffee (110)

1310 ish :)
 
Is there calories in coffee? I drink about 5 black cups a day and haven't been adding them eek

Today I had:

toast and low fat cheese
soup
hob nob
2 x tangerine

and for tea is mackerel, pasta n sauce and brocolli - 950ish I believe.

You guys have done really well this week,
Its weighin day for me tomorrow and i really hope i have lost some of the 8lb i put on over christmas, this has been the first 5 days were i have stayed in my calories budget.

So todays food

B Slimfast 220

L salad & latte 300

D chicken burger, fried egg, peas and some homemade chips (about 6) 650

approx 1170
 
A black, sugarless coffee is about 5-6 calories for a regular sized cup.

Last night was falafels! Yum yum! I really do love them :D

This morning was a break from Oatso tradition and I had two slices of toast instead. Again it'll be a sandwich for lunch :)
 
3lbs off for me this week, i was really happy with the result, but then i found it a bit daunting that one, i have to keep it up and two i have a long way to go, aw got to stay positive!
 
Today so far:

Teaspoon of olive oil - 33 cals
Semi-skimmed milk in tea - 34
Two eggs, half a can of beans - 318
2 TBS of milk - 22 cals
Half a spoon of butter- 17 cals
Low-fat crisps - 115
Soup - 226

Total - 765 so far. A lot more to go. :p
 
well after a 3lb loss on friday, i spent most of the day eating yesterday:sigh: but i have got up today with a renewed focus, got to try harder!!

I did much the same thing yesterday!

I ate 10 - yes 10 montana bars PLUS several cans of full sugar coke!

But today I have had:

Homemade soup and a roll, Sunday lunch but not a stuffed full plate(most veg was steamed), a scoop of fruit sorbet, a small slice of birthday cake and a can of coke.

Feel better today too - only got a small amount of work to do tomorrow so I can take the dog for a really long walk in the ochards to try to burn off some calories!!

Half a tsp of butter - 17 cals
Two TBS of milk - 22 cals
Milk in tea + splenda- 34 cals
Mackerel in tomato sauce - 180 cals

Total = only 69l

But we still have dinner to go and a few snacks!

ETA:

Pasta in passata sauce w/ quorn balls - 580 cals
WW profiteroles - 180 cals

= total 1,451 cals

WW Yogurt 50 cal
Small bag of grapes 50 cal?

Total = 860 cal

I just wasn't hungry this morning, and I'm still not hungry. So no breakfast. I'll force lunch down though, 'cause going without food for a day is silly.
 
Im the same, although i do try and put breakfast off until as late as i can, i.e around about now so i have a later lunch and snack less throughout the day.
