Salad - 100cals. [Greenary, tomatos and onion ]
1 WW chicken hotpot - 274cals.

S -
Snack-a-jacks - 89cals.
Some mateasers - 30cals.

TOTAl - 871.

Should be back on the wagon today *cough* :D

This morning: Oatso Simple cinnamon
Lunch: Sandwich, probably about 300 calories (they're handmade at home so don't come with a label)
Dinner looks like it might be Oyakodon. Nyomnyomnyom!
 
Today WILL be:

B: 1 slice toast & dairylea and tomato omlette (400)
L: Tuna salad (200)
S: wrap & dairylea (220)
D: chicken stir fry & brown rice (400)

That leaves me 130-230 for a pancake this evening :)
 
It depends on:
What recipe you use / what manufacturer's readymix powder you use
What milk you use
How you fry it
Whether you add sugar / syrup / other toppings
How large you make the pancake

And so on.

It could be as little as 50 calories, as massive as 350!
 
B-
A bowl of Special K and some milk - 200cals. [Rounding up it was a bigger serving.]

Lunch- [Even though i only ate it like half an hour ago]

Chargrilled Tuna steak.
Potatos.
Salad.
Mayo.
-
600cals.

Still to have dinner, going to have mushrooms and stir fry.

So, all in all we're looking at 1000 cals today.

I kinda mssed up abit with some indian food tonight.

I had like snack size portions of different stuff for my father in laws bday..
It was like a table spoon of what was there. [Full list in my diary]

So, it shouldnt effect my weigh TOO much. Im keeping positive about it. Getting back on my low cal as soon as i wake up in the morning. :D

Crikey. Erm. I have a little book of calorie values at home, but I'll be b*ggered if I can remember what it's called. If I remember, I'll check later for you :)
 
i use 'count it off' on my iphone. it keeps a log of your weight / losses & goals and your allowance for the day - when you eat something you type it in and i knocks it off the allowance. normally, if the packaging doesnt have CC i just google it? I phones are the best diet buddy you will ever have! well worth the investment :) x
 
What a cunning plan!
Silly me, I bought a Samsung Jet because it came in purple. But because it doesn't run Android (Samsung wrote a proprietary OS for it) there are naff all apps available for the bloody thing.

Ace phone otherwise though :D

Fried egg (cooked in fry light)
Slice of nimble wholemeal bread
flora extra light
3 slices wafer thin ham
Lunch:140cal
Slice of nimble wholemeal bread

Low fat cottage cheese
Snack: 40cals ish
Homemade raspberry sorbet (blitzed frozen raspberries with some splenda in)
Dinner
Will be home made spaghettie bolognese with wholewheat pasta (not sure on cals but shouldn't be too bad) and a 90cal weight watchers ice cream pudding
 
im calorie counting to I find it easier and I have about 8st to go so im on it for the long haul ,lol but I will geT there ive lost 8lb the first week and now heading for the second week weigh in on monday.. so i will let you all know how its going it thats ok............

D: half combine harvester from the Harvester but I didnt eat it all! (500)
S: yogurt (90) apple & mango juice (100)

1440? I think I added that up right

I havent done well today and the only reason I didnt snack was a) because I was out and b) I fell asleep on the sofa this evening.
