Today I discovered that you can have 2 slices wholemeal bread for your HeB. I thought it was just one, so I got more than I bargained for!
Extra easy day
Exercise: 3 mile run on treadmill, lots of walking round a farm!
B: 1/2 grapefruit, fry up: 2 quorn sausages, 1 egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, 1 slice toast (part HeB)
L (out and about): Some chicken breast fillet pieces, FF activia yoghurt, apple
S: 2 ryvita (part HeB), ham, 2 raw carrots, handful of cherries
D: Quorn bolognaise with lots of veg in, wholemeal pasta, 15g parmesan (part HeA, the rest went on milk in tea)
Water: 3.5 l
No syns for me today, I have now completely atoned for Saturdays after eight accident and may have a (little) treat tomorrow
