Smoked mackerel (is this free on red? I remember my sister saying it wasn't!)

Rocket, celery, tomato and cucumber

No there is a couple of syns in it depends on the quantity you had?
 
I just ate a vanilla Muller Light. I need to claw back some syn-free choices after last night's naughty curry! :break_diet:
 
just had 3 rashes of bacon and some HP, no roll today as its weigh in at 7pm and i'm being extra good and bread is my major weekness. Even if its just my weighed out heb i put on if i have it to often.

Crunchy Salad, Baby Plum Tomatoes; cucumber & a Sweet & sour Mug Shot. Had upset tum this morn so hope I am OK!!! but I am hungry so need to eat!
 
Everyone was eating breakfast sandwiches in work while I had my cereal so for tea I had a big breakfast... 2 fried eggs (fry light) 3 grilled turkey rashers (wouldn't recommend) tinned tomatoes and a toasted wholemeal bun (BHE) mmmmm resisted the tea and biscuits afterwards

well done for resisting, although I must say I always enjoy slimming world breakfasts more enjoyable. MIL made a fry up for us last time we went down and it made me feel sick, I could taste the fat on everything, bleugh


I've just had cheese and chopped apple... yummy
