I would really recommend the weekly meetings - I dont always stay for the meetings, sometimes just go to get weighed. But it gives me that bit more motivaton not to cheat and to stay on track![]()
I'm like that - I stay to the meetings most of the time; but even if I just weigh and run it helps going to a meeting as knowing I've got to get on the scales somehow motivates me more.
