sw chips and sweet pot chips, mushy peas and quorn sausages.

Breakfast.....Bacon,egg & beans with 2 toast.
Dinner..... Mushroom & leek risotto.
Supper....Pork Stir-fry on rice with a sweet & sour sauce.
 
Bacon Tesco H/L Sausage (1 syn) baked beans and scrambled eggs
 
Branflakes skimmed milk and chopped banana :)

Bran flakes (HEB1), Frosties (5.5 syns), ff natural yoghurt and skimmed milk. A banana - wanted a LOT so don't mind the syns :)

An early dinner, consisting of a slow cooked shin of beef with boiled charlotte potatoes and sprouts. There was a capsule of shaoxing wine in there (tastes like sherry and I didn't fancy gin, vodka, whiskey or rum in there) so a max of 2 syns for the stew in total. Less than a syn per person on extra easy.
