What have you just eaten??

my 1st ever red day:

breakfast: HexA and B= 2x weetabix and 250ml ss milk and a banana

lunch: chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, grated carrot

tea: pork chop, 1/2 chopped onion,1/4 chopped yellow pepper, 2x rashers of bacon fat removed chopped and HexA and B= 28g cheddar grated and wholewheat pasta (35g raw wieght)

snacks: 2x lean pork slices, 2x chicken slices

syns: 1 syn f/f aldi strawberry yogurt. (no more today as i had a slither of birthday cake last night after wiegh in)

I wanna find out more about red days I was doing ee but fancy a change re joining a new class tomorrow morning x
 
Dinner.......................salmon fishcake & couscous,salad,fruit
Supper.....raided the freezer! breaded fish fillets 7.5syns with SW chips baked beans, salad,fruit.
Treats...................5 home made samosas 1 syn each!
 
Steamed veg ( cabbage, cauli, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, leeks ), jacket potato and an oakhurst microwave beef brisket with onion gravy ( free!!!! )
Yummmmmmm!

Sausage (3 s) roasted curried butternut squash,courgette and onions
Mini Magnum (8.5 s!) Looked after I ate it :(
 
Jacket potato with beans, sugar snap peas and grilled courgettes. I'm so full up

If this is free I would be a very happy woman. Tried Wagamamas recently for the first time ever. It was gorgeous :)

I've put it through the slimming world online calculator and it's free on EE and green and 16 syns on red. I can't believe it. I'm gonna ring the hotline tomorrow because I'm in shock, it's so nice, but it has coconut milk in??

I love wagamanas too :drool:

How can you believe the scales after a week at 100%? it's obvious you will have lost fat but praps gained water or you're constipated!

I agree - could very well be constipation or water retention. Either way - have a 100% week starting now and NO BINGE after WI next week - you always regret it x
