brown toast hex cup of coffee. btw being in Italy hard to find english branded food. Anyone know a mushroom pasta n' sauce equivalent 160 g . 398 cals, 9.1g fat per 100g..sins on green anyone please as here they don't have sw clubs and am doing it on my own...thanks in advance

Mushrooms and scrambled egg on toast with half hex of cheese sprinkled on top. Followed by massive mug of chai tea and about to grab a banana and some grapes. Lush breakfast today as I don't have to go to the dreaded work place woo!!

School run grabbed a macaroon as was soo hungry rushed n late :( lunch Bacon and p egg sandwich 2satsumas

Very easy to make...

Boil rice, grill some chicken and tear into pieces.
Grate some ginger, crush garlic, add both with chilli and some Chinese 5 spice to the rice and wok. Cook for 5 mins
Add chicken, spring onion, mushroom, shredded pak choi, peppers and bean sprouts. As much soy sauce as you want. Cook for 10 mins till veg is a soft or crunchy as you want. You can add egg but I just didn't have enough room to scramble it in my wok!

Lunch
2 egg cheese & onion omelette using hea side salad followed by plum & some pineapple lots of speed foods :) followed by a mug of green tea cranberry flavour
Today could go any way red green or ee just got to see what my brood want for tea.
I so hope my body behaves and I can lose this 2lb to get into the next stage of miss slinky

Hi Susy,

Have you tried asking/searching in the 'Overseas' section? As I'm in the UK, I don't 'go' there, but someone may be able to help????
