4 scan bran
2 eggs

Soak scan bran in hot water to soften and drain. In a bowl put all ingredients in and mix well.

I cut into 8 pieces and use 1 tsp of marshmallow fluff to the top.

Where do u get marshmallow fcuff from? How many syns? Looks lovely :)

Asda! With the choc spread area. It's £2 a jar but goes a long way. 2 tbsp is 40 calories so 2 syns. :-D amazing stuff!

i had a creamy syn free curry coconut greek muller 3rd one today oops only 1.5 syns total then 9 syns of chocolate so 10.5 not toooo bad

Me too, love Greek salad, vine leaves, Greek meatballs and any meat they cook. My best friend is Greek cypriot and she always Comes up trumps when cooking. Oh yeah, love the way they cook their bulgar wheat salad to.
