what is body magic all about?

hi
ive seen body magic mentioned lots but cant find any info on the awards and stuff. I have a FIT sheet but dont understand what the units and stuff are. could anyone fill me in? thanks xx

Hey, Im not really sure either. Its something to do with the amount of exercise you do. Yoyu get Bronze, silver or gold depending on how much you do.

maybe i can help, body magic is a way to get you moving, by awarding you with a sticker and certificate once you have completed the fit logs
bronze : 45 mins a week which means 1o minutes spread over 5 days do that for 4 weeks keep a fit log and then hand it in..
silver : 90 minutes a week which you can spread into either 6 x 15 minutes or 3 x30 minutes also donr for 4 weeks, again fill in your sheets and hand them in after the 4 weeks
gold : 150 minutes a week so 10 x 15 minutes a week or 5 X 30 minutes done for 8 weeks (im doing this one and im on week5) fill in the sheets after 8 weeks and get a gold award
then there is a platinum which means staying active for life...
