I've had beef hotpot for tea with steamed cabbage. For pud later on I'm having a shape lasting satisfaction yoghurt and choc orange hifi bar.

change of plan-now having asda chickpea dhal and rice-had a bad day (tho still 100% foodwise) so decided would rather use the syns on a glass of wine later!!
