What is scan bran?????

Hi all, started back on sw today!!

I've been to at least 3 different classes in the past and never ever seen or heard about "scan bran" what is it? Its in the book as healthy extra.. please let me know what it is and how i get hold of it.

High fibre crispbreads available from class or Holland and Barratt the health food store. it resembles roof insulation and you either love or hate it

Its not very palatable on its own, but its supposed to boost your weight loss. Theres some nice recepies on hear for scan bran cake. and iv just made mine into a pizza base.

I bought it thinking I'd hate it (after reading a lot of posts) but I absolutely love it. I have it with cottage cheese. To me its no different to a ryvita.
