wow - well done for your brilliant loss!! Has that all been on CD?

No, I have only turned to CD in the past couple of weeks to shift a stone i gained last month, as my husband is on CD. I lost the weight over 15 months 4 years ago by an combination of slimfast/healthy eating, but basically sicking to 800 - 1000 cals a day.

heaviest 22st 9lbs (about four years ago after having youngest son)
Lost 4stone on South Beach & Slimming World
now17st 5lbs (lost 5lbs in ONE DAY!!on CD!!)
Ideal UNDER 11 stone-10st 9lbs would be my dream!!! (means I'll have LOST 12 STONE!!!, gasp) I'm 5'8'' tall
Wow this is really interesting seeing how far everyone has come!! WTG everyone!! Here's to a lot less of us in the New Year.
