Nescafe instant coffee powder is! Your allowed coffee, tea and leaf tea on the programme. Its milk and sugar and certain sweetners you cant have.

choc for me, made with cold water and served over loads of crushed ice.

the other shakes are all nice too, and i have each flavour every day

Lol, I just opened the cupboard and cursed when i remaining 3 are all Vanilla, I prefer the strawb, but only just, the 'nilla's ok too

Hi,

It depends on what stage of the diet im in. To begin I love chocolate. Then in the middle vanilla, and at the end I can only stomach the strawberry. Im weird.

Personally at the minute vanilla is my fav.
