I don't know what makes it nice but I do know it's the only public I've ever felt comfortable enough to publish my weight & size 
. It's really nice to say "yes I know I'm fat, I'm trying to do something about it" & have positive, comforting help, rather than someone waving a SKINNY finger at you lol.
