what plan you recommend for faster weight los

hi there

Title really says it all but trying to lose remaining 5 pounds put on on holidays and normally do Extra Easy Plan - this week only lost 0.5 - altho didnt stick to it some days and done no exercise at all.

would love great loss this week and wondering to stick with ee or do anyother plan to see if it shocks body into loosing more weight.

going spinning tonite so will prob kill me

Eat loads of superfree foods! Berries, strawberries and set yourself a target of like 10 different superfree foods a day incorporated in your meals and as snacks???

That's what my consultant suggested to us

They are meant to all work like each other but you may find you personally suit one of them more than another. Everyone's different, I have my best losses on an all green week but other's don't lose very well when they do it. Some have fantastic EE losses whereas I don't. You have to experiment I think. We can't give you much of an answer.

Lots of superfree in place of free foods will help and get some speed foods down you.:)

I also lose more on red days but I think that's because I find it easier to fill my plate with more superfree and speed foods on those days.

Like the others said, they all work the same. Although I have to say that for two weeks I alternated between green and red and I lost 3lbs one week and 3.5lbs the next!

I tend to loose more on Red Days, so normally have 5 Red and 2 EE days a week and it works.
As the others have said really, try varying your days and make sure that you stick to it 100% and you will loose that weight!

THANKS everyone for all your replies. gonna try sticking with ee 100% this week - try no alcohol and fill plate up as much with s or ss foods. Also gonna try and get 3 -4 sessions of spinning or running in to. determined to shift these 5 pounds asap.

I do EE and have had losses every week. Some bigger than others, but losses all the same. I've only been doing it 6 weeks, but I've lost 1 st 3.5lb already. but everyone is different, so you just need to find a plan that suits you and your lifestyle. Occasionally I'll throw a red day in, but only because I might want the extra HE's. (like milk and cheese without having to syn one of them).

I done a week of green and lost 4lb and ive also done a week mixing EE/green and lost 4.5lb so i think personally if you stick to it 100% don't matter what plan you do they all work!
it helps finding one that suits you best as this is forever and you have to work the plan around what you love! so as i suggested try all 3 plans and find the best one for you :)
